Last Friday, I convinced my friends Jonathan, Clint, and Matt to try out Cajun Invasion in Franklin, Tennessee. Cajun Invasion, as the name implies, is a Cajun/Creole restaurant that has been open for a few months now. Because I’ve never actually been to Louisiana, I can’t really tell you what “real” Cajun/Creole cuisine tastes like. Best Breakfast Ever? Visit Wild Eggs in Louisville, Kentucky

I first heard about Wild Eggs earlier this year from several friends and family who are residents in Louisville, Kentucky. Typically when a single person says something is “awesome”, you can’t help to have some sort of skepticism… but as I brought it up in conversation with each friend & family member, every single one of them ranted & raved about how good it was.
