Over time, more and more Chinese buffets would offer food in this manner, but the selection of meat, vegetables, and sauces were limited. I didn’t experience my first full commercialized experience until bd’s Mongolian Grill back in Lexington, Kentucky. Since then, that has been my benchmark for all Mongolian stir fry restaurants.
